Can anyone help plan Saturdays meeting?

If anyone would like to help I would like to meet tomorrow evening to plan for our Sat meeting. We need to plan the agenda and we need a volunteer to make some posters (OA uses them) that show the hand signals we use for consensus that we could display each meeting. I am all thumbs and don't have an artistic bone in my body. If someone volunteers to do the posters I will get the poster boards.

Also we need people who want to help run the meeting. At least 4 people are needed for each meeting and they should be different people each week or AT LEAST people should have different roles each week.

I can meet anytime after 5 tomorrow. Please help if you can.

I can probably do it. I am actually able to make it on Saturday now so I can assist at the meeting. Is there a good place for us to meet, maybe around 6?

Mark I sent you a msg on facebook. Sadly I don't think I'll be able to make it. Can we meet Saturday morning before the BOA event? Maybe at 10:30 just to coordinate the mtg?

ANy word from your pastor on using the UU building for a meeting? I would would be nice to find a place for an indoor meeting.

I am meeting with her on Tuesday and I've sent an email to the head of our Social Justice Committee as well. I'll keep you guys posted.
